The trend of swiftlet house real estate development in the Island of Java has been lustrous since 1999. Nevertheless as time goes by, no swiftlet occupy those real estate so that many proprietors sold them. The condition is different outside Java. For example is in West Kalimantan. For the last 3 years, there have been many swiftlet houses along the road from Pontianak to Ketapang. Those houses in a very short time are directly occupied by swiftlets, saliva producers. (A.
